Blake v. State
New York Court of Appeals · Decided September 21, 1989

Blake v. State

Opinion of the Court

Motion, insofar as it seeks leave to appeal from so much of the Appellate Division order as affirmed the December 5, 1988 Court of Claims order denying claimant’s motion to transfer a claim to Supreme Court, dismissed upon the ground that that portion of the order does not finally determine the action within the meaning of the Constitution; motion for leave to appeal otherwise denied. Motion for poor person relief dismissed as academic.
