Motion by defendant Plaza 400 Owners Corp., insofar as it addresses defendant’s cross claim for indemnity against defendant Otis Elevator Company, dismissed upon the ground that the order sought to be appealed from in that respect does not finally determine the action within the meaning of the Consti*871tution.
