Opinion of the Court

Motion, insofar as it seeks leave to appeal from so much of *1027the Appellate Division order as affirmed that part of Family Court’s order which denied in part a motion to vacate a default, dismissed upon the ground that that portion of the Appellate Division order does not finally determine the proceeding within the meaning of the Constitution; motion for leave to appeal otherwise denied.
