Motion, insofar as it seeks leave to appeal from the May 28, 1993 Appellate Division order denying petitioner’s motion for rehearing dismissed upon the ground that that order does not finally determine the proceeding within the meaning of the Constitution; motion, insofar as it seeks leave to appeal from the March 12, 1993 Appellate Division order which affirmed Supreme Court’s judgment denying petitioner’s habeas corpus application dismissed as untimely (CPLR 5513 [b]).
