People v. Ames

Opinion of the Court

On the Court’s own motion, appeal dismissed, without costs, upon the ground that no appeal lies to the Court of Appeals from the order of the Appellate Division denying the motion for a writ of error coram nobis (CPLR 5601; CPL 450.90; see, People v Tramell, 77 NY2d 893). Motion for poor person relief dismissed as academic.
