Sassower v. Mangano

New York Court of Appeals
Sassower v. Mangano, 84 N.Y.2d 863 (N.Y. 1994)

Sassower v. Mangano

Opinion of the Court

Motion for reconsideration of the Court of Appeals May 12, 1994 order of dismissal denied. [See, 83 NY2d 904.] Motion, insofar as it seeks leave to appeal from so much of the Appellate Division order as denied petitioner’s cross motion, dismissed upon the ground that that part of the order does not finally determine the proceeding within the meaning of the Constitution; motion for leave to appeal, etc., otherwise denied.

Judges Levine and Ciparick taking no part.
