Opinion

*1024 OPINION OF THE COURT

On review of submissions pursuant to section 500.4 of the Rules of the Court of Appeals (22 NYCRR 500.4), order affirmed. The issue whether the police had reasonable suspicion to stop defendant is a mixed question of law and fact. There being evidence in the record to support the determination of the courts below, the issue is beyond further review by this Court (People v Harrison, 57 NY2d 470).
