Opinion of the Court

Motion, insofar as it seeks leave to appeal from that portion of the Appellate Division order that affirmed the Surrogate’s Court orders denying appellant’s motion to vacate the decree and granting respondent’s motion to hold appellant in contempt, dismissed upon the ground that that part of the Appellate Division order does not finally determine the proceeding within the meaning of the Constitution; motion for leave to appeal otherwise denied.
