Opinion of the Court
On consideration of the continuation of this Court’s August 3, 1998 suspension, with pay, of Honorable Curtis J. VanTassel from his office of Justice of the LeRay Town Court, Jefferson County, it is determined that the suspension continue, with pay. [See, 92 NY2d 884.]
