Blog v. Sports Car Club of America, Inc.

New York Court of Appeals
Blog v. Sports Car Club of America, Inc., 95 N.Y.2d 954 (N.Y. 2000)
722 N.Y.S.2d 468; 745 N.E.2d 387; 2000 N.Y. LEXIS 3919

Blog v. Sports Car Club of America, Inc.

Opinion of the Court

Motion, insofar as it seeks leave to appeal from that portion of the Appellate Division order that dismissed King Motor-sports, Inc.’s cross claims against Junior Car Racing Association, Inc., for contractual indemnification and breach of contract, dismissed upon the ground that such portion of the order sought to be appealed from does not finally determine the action within the meaning of the Constitution; motion for leave to appeal otherwise denied.
