Opinion of the Court
On consideration of the continuation of this Court’s January 22, 2002 suspension of Victor I. Barron from the office of Justice' of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Second Judicial District, it is determined that the suspension is continued, without pay, effective immediately (see Matter of Brennan, 65 NY2d 564).
Concur: Chief Judge Kaye and Judges Smith, Levine, Ciparick, Wesley, Rosenblatt and Graffeo.
