Opinion of the Court
MUNICIPAL COURT:
A municipal court does not err in refusing to transfer a case from the small claims division to the regular docket where there are other procedures in the small claims division that are sufficient to provide him with a more definite statement of the claim against him and limited discovery, with the court's permission. Moreover, failure to assert a procedural error in the opposing party's representation in small claims court is a waiver of the issue on appeal.
