This matter is before the court on petitioner's "writ of hebeas [sic] corpus for the releif [sic] and release of children arrested and deprived of their custody and their liberty." Petitioner has designated an improper respondent to this action. See R.C. 2725.04. Accordingly, petitioner's writ is denied. Costs assessed to petitioner.
