Opinion of the Court
Inaya Foster was adjudicated delinquent on one count of assault in violation of R.C.
After a thorough review of the record, we are satisfied that the proceedings in which Foster was adjudicated a delinquent and committed to the Department of Youth Services were free from prejudicial error. Accordingly, we affirm the judgment of the trial court and overrule counsel's motion to withdraw. We find the appeal to be frivolous under App.R. 23 and R.C.
Further, a certified copy of this Judgment Entry shall constitute the mandate, which shall be sent to the trial court under App.R. 27. Costs shall be taxed under App.R. 24.
