DECISION AND JUDGMENT ENTRYThis matter is before the court on relator's "petition for writ of mandamus." Specifically, petitioner seeks an order from this court directing Erie County Court of Common Pleas Judge Maschari to rule on his "motion for judgement [sic] on the pleadings and motion for release order for lack of jurisdiction." A judgment entry denying relator's motions was filed on July 3, 2001. Accordingly, relator's petition is dismissed at petitioner's costs.
