DECISION AND JUDGMENT ENTRY
{¶ 1} This matter is before the court upon the complaint of relators for a writ of mandamus. We hereby order the complaint dismissed for failure to comply with 6th Dist.Loc.App.R. 6 because relators have failed to file a praecipe. Costs are assessed against relators.

{¶ 2} It is so ordered.

COMPLAINT DISMISSED.
