Opinion of the Court
Defendant-appellant Simeon Gilden appeals his conviction for carrying a concealed weapon, a violation of R.C.
In his sole assignment of error, Gilden argues that his conviction should be vacated because R.C.
Gilden also argues that the supreme court's stay on cases concerning R.C.
Accordingly, we affirm the trial court's judgment.
Further, a certified copy of this Judgment Entry shall be sent to the trial court under App.R. 27. Costs shall be taxed under App.R. 24.
