Opinion of the Court
Bringing forth two assignments of error, defendant-appellant Evan McCray appeals from the trial court's judgment convicting him, following the entry of a no-contest plea, of carrying a concealed firearm in violation of R.C.
In his first assignment of error, McCray contends that the trial court erred by entering a judgment of conviction because R.C.
Accordingly, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed.
Further, a certified copy of this Judgment Entry shall constitute the mandate, which shall be sent to the trial court under App.R. 27. Costs shall be taxed under App.R. 24.
