MEMORANDUM OPINION
{¶ 1} On November 16, 2004, appellant, Robin E. Edgington, filed a notice of appeal from an October 20, 2004 judgment of the Portage County Court of Common Pleas. It is apparent that this is a duplicate appeal of one filed by appellant on November 5, 2004, and designated as 11th Dist. No. 2004-P-0098. Accordingly, this appeal is hereby sua sponte dismissed.

{¶ 2} Appeal dismissed.
