DECISION AND JUDGMENT ENTRY
{¶ 1} This matter is before the court sua sponte. It has come to the court's attention that the decision and judgment entry that was issued on December 28, 2004 contains an error. The court hereby issues this correction and notice of errata and orders that the date the writ of prohibition was filed be changed from December 29, 2004 to December 20, 2004.

{¶ 2} It is so ordered.
