ENTRY AND ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION (Doc. 12) The Court has reviewed the Report and Recommendation of United States Magistrate Judge Kimberly A. Jolson (Doc. 12), to whom this case is referred pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b). Noting that no objections have been filed and the time for filing such objections under Fed. R. Civ. P. 72(b) has expired, the Court hereby ADOPTS said Report and Recommendation in its entirety.

Accordingly, the Court ORDERS the following: 1. The parties’ Joint Motion to Remand (Doc. 11) is GRANTED; 2. The Clerk of Court SHALL ENTER judgment in Plaintiff’s favor under Fed. R. Civ. P. 58; 3. This matter is REMANDED to the Social Security Administration, pursuant to Sentence Four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), for further consideration consistent with the Report and Recommendation and the parties’ stipulation; and 4. Thecase is TERMINATED from the docket of this Court.

REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION Plaintiff, Gary M., brings this action under 42 ULS.C, § 405(g) seeking review of a final decision of the Commissioner of Social Security (“Commissioner”) denying his applications for Disability Insurance Benefits (“DIB”) and Supplemental Security Income (“SSI”). This matter is presently before the Court on the parties’ joint motion to remand this case to the Commissioner for further administrative proceedings under Sentence Four of 42 ULS.C, § 405(g). (Doc. □□□□ Based on the stipulation of the parties and for good cause shown, it is RECOMMENDED that: 1. The parties’ Joint Motion to Remand (Doc. 11) be GRANTED; 2. The Clerk of Court enter judgment in Plaintiff's favor under Fed, R. Civ, P. 58; 3. This matter be REMANDED to the Social Security Administration, pursuant to Sentence Four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), for further consideration consistent with this Report and Recommendation and the parties’ stipulation; and 4, The case is terminated on the docket of this Court.
