This matter is before the Court on the Report and Recommendation filed by the Magistrate Judge on October 16, 2025. (Doc. 11). Proper notice has been given to the parties under

(b)(1)(C), including notice that the parties would waive further appeal if they failed to file objections to the Report and Recommendation in a timely manner. United States v. Walters,

(6th Cir. 1981). No objections to the Magistrate Judge’s Report and Recommendation have been filed.

(b) and Fed. R. Civ. P. 72(b), this Court has made a de novo review of the record in this case. Upon consideration of the foregoing, the Court ADOPTS the Report and Recommendations (Doc. 11) in its entirety. The Court OVERRULES Plaintiff’s Statement of Errors (Doc. 8) and AFFIRMS the

Commissioner’s decision. The instant case is TERMINATED on the docket of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, Western District at Dayton. DONE and ORDERED this Thursday, November 13, 2025.
