No. 64); (2) DISMISSING THIS CASE WITH PREJUDICE; AND (3) TERMINATING THIS CASE ON THE DOCKET ______________________________________________________________________________ This case is before the Court upon Plaintiff’s unopposed, voluntary motion to dismiss this case with prejudice pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(2). Doc. No. 64. For good cause shown, and in the absence of opposition, the Court GRANTS Plaintiff’s motion to dismiss. See Grover by Grover v. Eli Lilly & Co., 33 F.3d 716, 718 (6th Cir. 1994). Accordingly, this case is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE and TERMINATED on the docket.
