Collett, Weight

Richards v. Richards

Opinion of the Court

COURT.

'Do you propose to offer proof upon all these charges?

COURT. You can introduce no evidence as to that charge under this petition. It has been the uniform practice to require the name of the person with whom adultery is charged to be set out if known, or if unknown to allege that excuse.

The complainant then asked and obtained leave to amend her bill and the cause was continued.
