Jackson v. State

Opinion of the Court

Longworth, J.

The same reasons which render evidence of acts committed shortly prior to the time of the offense *586charged competent for the purpose of showing a conspiracy, apply with equal force to acts committed shortly thereafter. The test is that the acts should appear to be so connected as to authorize the inference that they were all part and parcel of a single conspiracy to commit several crimes.

Motion overruled.
