By the Court.

The term “ any former deceased husband,” in section 4162, Revised Statutes, refers to any husband who has. deceased leaving a widow to whom any real estate or personal property has passed by virtue of the provisions of said section, and is not confined in its application to cases where the widow has had two or more husbands who are deceased.

Judgment of .the district court affirmed in part'and reversed in part, and cause remanded to circuit court for further proceedings.
