Collins v. Miller

Opinion of the Court

Upon the uncontradicted testimony in the case, and particularly that of plaintiff below, Hartmen Miller, he is not, upon the authority of Trimble v. Doty, 16 Ohio St., 118, and of Pride v. Andrew, 51. Ohio St., 405, entitled to any relief.

The cause is therefore reversed and remanded for further proceedings.
