Weyrick v. State

Opinion of the Court

Judgment reversed upon the ground that the act of April 2, 1906 (98 O. L., 197), β€œTo provide for the protection, preservation and propagation of fish,” being Section 6968-7, Revised Statutes, may not be so construed as to apply to devices in the possession of the owner of a part of a privately owned natural lake, to be used by him for catching fish therein. Judgment for plaintiff in error.

Crew, C. J., Summers, Spear, Davis and Shauck, JJ., concur.
