Kilbourne v. State

Opinion of the Court

It is ordered and adjudged by this court, that the judgment of the said circuit court be, and the same hereby is, reversed and the judgment of the common pleas court is reversed for error of the common pleas court in its charge to the jury with reference to the testimony of an accomplice, and said cause is remanded to the common pleas court for further proceedings according to law.
