Jaeger v. Converse

Opinion of the Court

It is ordered and adjudged by this court, that the judgment of said circuit court be, and the same is hereby, affirmed; this court being of the opinion that the erroneous instructions by. the court to the jury at the times, and in the manner complained of, were not prejudicial since upon the whole record this court finds that the judgment was correct.
