Judgment affirmed. See journal entry.

The defendant in error consenting that a remittitur be entered for all interest included in this judgment in excess of six per cent., amounting to $-. On consideration whereof it is ordered and adjudged by this court that said remittitur in said amount of $- be entered, and that the rest and residue of the judgment of the circuit court be, and the same is hereby; affirmed.
