Judgment of the circuit court modified. See journal entry.

It is ordered and adjudged by this court, that the judgment of the said circuit court be, and the same hereby is, affirmed in all things except as to the amount of said judgment, and by consent of the parties, it is hereby ordered and adjudged that the said judgment be modified by reducing the amount thereof to the sum of $14,000 as of this day.
