Adena Railroad v. Public Service Commission

Opinion of the Court

It is ordered and adjudged by this court, that the judgment of the said court of appeals be, and the same hereby is, vacated and petition in error dismissed for the reason that the court of appeals having obtained jurisdiction of the cause by appeal, and the case having been submitted and determined by said court de novo said court did not have jurisdiction of the proceedings in error in the same cause.
