Opinion of the Court

It is ordered and adjudged by this court, that the judgment of the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio be, and the same is hereby, affirmed; for the reason that the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio has no jurisdiction to enter the order or grant the relief prayed for in the application filed with it by the plaintiff.

Order affirmed.

Wanamaker, Newman, Jones, Matthias, Johnson and Donahue, JJ., concur. Nichols, C. J., not participating.
