Opinion of the Court

This cause having heretofore been submitted on a motion to dismiss on the ground that the same does not involve any question arising under the constitution of the United States or of this state, the court find that said cause does not involve any such question and is therefore dismissed for want of jurisdiction.

Dismissed.
