Opinion of the Court

It is ordered and adjudged by this court, that the order of the said public utilities commission of Ohio be, and the same is hereby, affirmed on authority of cause No. 17269, Akron & Barberton Belt Rd. Co. v. Public Utilities Commission, and cause No. 17276, *656Cincinnati & Northern Rd. Co. v. Public Utilities Commission, 105 Ohio St., 553.

Order affirmed.
