Opinion of the Court

ALLEN, J.

1. Under Section 6891, General Code, an appeal iles from the final order of the county eonunSssIioners 'of vacating a counfty road or any part thereof.

2. Any freeholder of the county residing in the vicinity of the improvement is a party interested in the granting or' refusing of such improvement and may appeal therefrom.

Judgment affirmed.
