Opinion of the Court

MATTHIAS, J.

The time from which to compute the sixty days allowed for the institution of proceedings in error from the public utilities commission to the supreme court, under the provisions of Section 547, General Code, is the date of entry of the final order on the journal of the com-, mission and not the date of the overruling of the application for a rehearing.

Motion sustained.
