Opinion of the Court

This cause came on to be heard upon the transcript of the record of the public utilities commission, upon the motion of defendant in error to dismiss the petition in error, and was argued by counsel. On consideration whereof, it is ordered and adjudged that said petition in error be, and the same hereby is, dismissed.

Petition in error dismissed.
