Opinion of the Court

It is ordered that a peremptory writ of mandamus issue against the said defendants, directing them to place the name of the above relator on the ballot for candidacy for the office or position of member of the county central committee of the Republican party for War'd 1, Precinct D, of the city of Cincinnati, Hamilton county, Ohio, in the form provided by law.

Writ allowed.
