Opinion of the Court

It being made to appear to the court by certificate of the court of common pleas of Franklin county, Ohio, that by proceedings in that court the Capital City Racing Association Company has been dissolved, this cause is hereby ordered dismissed, upon the authority of Miner v. Witt, 82 Ohio St., 237.

Gause dismissed.
