*649 It is ordered and adjudged by this Court, that the judgment of the said Court of Appeals be, and the same is hereby affirmed, on the ground that the petition in error is filed as of right on the claim that the questions arise under the constitutions of the United States and the state of Ohio, and the court is of opinion that no debatable constitutional question is involved.

Judgment affirmed.
