Opinion of the Court

It is ordered and adjudged that the order of the said Public Utilities Commission be, and the same hereby is, affirmed for the reason that the evidence in the record amply supports the conclusion of the commission that there is a convenience and necessity to be served by the proposed extension, and the order is in no wise unlawful or unreasonable.
