Opinion of the Court

It appearing to the court that no further pleading has been filed herein by relators as permitted in the judgment of this court entered on demurrer to the petition October 24, 1934 (State, ex rel. O’Dell, v. Allen, Judge, 128 Ohio St., 566), it is now ordered and *152 adjudged that the writ prayed for be, and the same hereby is, denied.

Writ denied.
