Opinion of the Court

This cause came on to he heard upon the pleadings, the evidence and the arguments of counsel. Upon consideration whereof, it is ordered and adjudged that a writ of prohibition be denied, and that the action be, and the same hereby is, dismissed at the costs of the relator, upon the authority of Silliman v. Court of Common Pleas of Williams County, 126 Ohio St., 338.

Writ denied.
