It is ordered and adjudged by this court, that the judgment of the said Court of Appeals be, and the same is hereby, affirmed on authority of A. L. A. Schechter Poultry Cory. v. United States, 295 U. S., —, *680 55 S. Ct., 837, 79 L. Ed., 888, decided May 27,1935, on the question of delegation of legislative power.

Judgments affirmed.
