Opinion of the Court

It is ordered and adjudged by this court, that the judgment of the said Court of Appeals be, and the same is hereby, affirmed on authority of Bd. of Edn. of City School Dist. of Columbus v. City of Columbus, 118 Ohio St., 295, 160 N. E., 902.
