It is ordered and adjudged by this court, that the orders of tbe said Public Utilities Commission of Obio be, and tbe same are hereby, affirmed on authority of Hocking Valley Ry. Co. v. Public Utilities Commission, 121 Ohio St., 268, 167 N. E., 879.
