Opinion of the Court

Per Curiam.

The petition fails to state a cause of action against the mayor of the city of Shaker Heights, the director of law, and the members of city council. Therefore, the demurrer as to these respondents is sustained. As to respondent Arnold, inspector of buildings, the demurrer is overruled.

Judgment accordingly.

Weygandt, C. J., Zimmerman, Stewart, Middleton, Taet, Matthias and Hart, JJ., concur.
