State ex rel. Rose v. Radcliffe

Opinion of the Court

The motion for leave to intervene is granted.

Sweeney, Locher, Holmes, Wright and H. Brown, JJ., concur. Moyer, C.J., and Douglas, J., dissent.

Dissenting Opinion

Douglas, J.,

dissenting. I would strike the motion. The action of the majority to grant a motion to intervene is impossible to understand. Case No. 88-783, the underlying basis for this motion, has been dismissed.
